Jithra Engineering Works was originally founded in 1979 to service the road transport and liquid cargo sector, in the region where BP, CALTEX, ESSO, SHELL and PETRONAS refineries and Terminals located.
The primary business was focused on the quality repair, service and maintenance works. The technical knowledge and experience gained resulted in production and manufacturing of quality road tankers.
With all success and experience, Ji-Auto Sdn Bhd, a private limited company was set up in 1995 October to venture into the petroleum, oil and chemical field in terms of full scale manufacturing of quality tankers as well as petroleum haulage facilities.
From these beginnings, Ji-Auto Sdn Bhd has grown to become the much respected name in bulk liquid industry with reputation for our good quality and reliability. Besides, Ji-Auto Sdn Bhd has expanded its business into manufacturing of different types of trailers.

We are working hard to build a semi-automated factory production environment powered by 40% solar energy so that we can have a better impact on the environment.
